   You are solely responsible for maintaining independent copies of your documents.

2. Sensitive Information Warning

   We highly recommend avoiding uploading highly sensitive personal data whenever possible.

   We constantly upgrade our security, but recommend providing your contacts with password "hints" or partial account data for banks, insurance, etc. This helps to maintain account safety and protect your important private data.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Kansas, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Jurisdiction & Venue

To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
